But if you're ready, you don't need to get ready. That's why Krav Maga Rochester offers Fighting Fit. It's much more than just a workout. We train for a purpose. If your purpose is to be ready and to become healthier, Fighting Fit is a great way to get there! 

We use a combination of different types of exercise to keep the classes fresh, exciting, and fun! It's good old-fashioned hard work, and it's always scalable to your own needs and ability. Kettlebells, tires, freeweights, heavy bags, and YOU, are just some of the tools that'll get you into the best shape of your life!
